This package consists of 3-one hour training sessions and is a good introduction to working with a trainer.

This program really gives you a solid foundation to see improvements in your strength, body tone, flexibility, cardio and more. (18 – one hour sessions recommended meeting three times a week) (12 – one hour sessions recommended meeting twice a week)
12 WEEK LIFESTYLE CHANGE PROGRAM 12 WEEK LIFESTYLE CHANGE PROGRAM
Research shows that it takes 3 months, minimum two times a week, to establish a healthy habit of regular exercise so that it becomes a part of your life. (36 – one hour sessions recommended meeting three times a week) (24 - one hour sessions recommended meeting twice a week)
20 WEEK MASTER PROGRAM 20 WEEK MASTER PROGRAM
This package gives the biggest price break while making a commitment to building your training foundation, developing exercise as a lifelong habit, and to see and feel the results you set out to achieve. (60 – one hour sessions recommended meeting three times a week) (40 - one hour sessions recommended meeting twice a week)

Session Duration:

All personal training sessions are one hour. Trainings may also be 30 minutes in length and will count for half of a session (not applicable on a Personal Training Introduction Purchase, Single Session purchase or Partner package purchases).

Cancellation Policy:

Clients are asked to call 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. You will be charged for appointments cancelled with fewer than 24 hour notice. Failure to contact your trainer will result in a session loss. Non package single scheduled appointments not canceled 4 hours in advance will result in the full service charge.
